Egg white from fresh hen eggs, after removing the shell and separating the yolk, filtered, pasteurized and spray dried. A characteristic yellow colored product.
Main applications: Doughs, pastry and sugar confectionery, breaded food, wine clarifier, Protein source (dairy beverages, cereal bars).
Functions: Coagulation and gelatinization, texturing, bonding agent, nutritional value.
Packing: 20kg multilayer bag with internal non-toxic polyethylene layer.
Storage, instructions for use and shelf life: Store in a cool and dry place. Use as rapidly as possible after opening the package and introduce a container clean and dry in order to remove the product.
